  • Non grocery and grocery shadow-anchored will also be considered
  • Stabilized assets of 50,000 square feet and larger
  • Select value add or reposition opportunities

Location:

  • Prefer South, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Northeast in secondary and tertiary markets

Size/Payment:

  • All cash
  • Existing debt assumptions
  • Joint ventures
