Specializing in Landlord representation, Raymond is responsible for leasing a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in Virginia, Kentucky, New Jersey, Tennessee, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Florida, and more recently, Maryland.
As a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and North Carolina, Raymond is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), having served on the Virginia Idea Exchange Planning Committee. Graduating from James Madison University, Raymond earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management coupled with a minor in Business Administration. Promoted to Sr. Leasing Manager in July of 2022, Raymond now oversees the leasing efforts for over 23 properties.
As a result of Raymond’s high transactional volume, he has been recognized by Costar as an annual Power Broker Award recipient throughout Hampton Roads for the last two years.
