Matt Joslyn
Director of Asset Management
Taking on the role of Asset Manager and joining the WHLR team in April 2024, Matt brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong focus on the retail sector. In his current capacity, Matt oversees the property management, construction and lease administration departments, ensuring seamless operations across the portfolio. Prior to joining WHLR, Matt held the title of Vice President of Operations at a privately held real estate syndicator as well as a Senior Asset Manager at a California-based family office, showcasing a proven skillset in asset management, property redevelopment and operations.
After earning his B.A. in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University, Matt also actively engages with ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
